1. Coverage
Avelis ovens and hobs include a 12 month standard warranty. If registered within 31 days of purchase, the warranty is extended to 24 months.

2. Eligibility
– Warranty applies only to products purchased through authorised VAT-registered retailers.
– Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.

3. Warranty Provision
At Avelis’ discretion, we will repair or replace a defective appliance free of charge. Replaced parts/appliances become the property of Avelis.

4. Conditions
– Products must be installed by a qualified professional (Gas Safe engineer for gas appliances).
– Service will only be provided by an authorised engineer or service partner.
– Reasonable access must be given for inspection or collection.

5. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover: misuse, neglect, cosmetic damage, consumables (e.g. bulbs, fuses, burner caps), normal wear and tear, or damage caused by unsuitable installation or cleaning methods.

6. Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt or invoice from an authorised retailer is required. Warranty period begins on the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is later.

7. Limitation
This warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights. Avelis accepts no liability for incidental or consequential damages.

8. Domestic Use Only
This warranty applies strictly to private household/domestic use. It does not cover appliances installed or used in commercial environments, communal/shared kitchens, rental properties, or any non-domestic setting. Any such use will render the warranty void.

9. Installation Requirements
Gas appliances must be installed and serviced by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Electrical appliances must be installed by a suitably qualified professional. Failure to comply with installation requirements voids the warranty.
